Glenn Badenhop - President of Meyer-Badenhop Insurance Agency, Inc., Glenn was raised on a family farm in Northwest Ohio and continues to be involved in the farming operation today. He has over 25 years of experience in the insurance business and has helped to build Meyer-Badenhop around his "challenge and opportunity" philosophy. Glenn resides in Liberty Center with his wife Kathy and has 2 adult children and 2 grandsons. In his free time Glenn enjoys golfing, attending sporting events, and spending time at the lake with his family.

Joe Meyer - Vice President of Meyer-Badenhop Insurance Agency, Inc., Joe began his insurance career working with his father Eldon in the family business. He has over 30 years of experience working with both property/casualty and life/ health insurance. Joe and his wife Jane reside in Napoleon. He has 3 daughters and 5 grandchildren. Joe enjoys coaching Napoleon Girls Varsity Softball, golfing, traveling, and following Cleveland sports teams.

Heidi Bialorucki - Heidi started her career with Meyer-Badenhop in 1996. As a licensed Property and Casualty agent, Heidi specializes in servicing personal lines accounts and manages agency operations. She resides in Napoleon with her husband Joe and two children. In her free time Heidi enjoys volunteering with the Relay For Life of Henry County, traveling, and attending her children's sporting events.

Greg Badenhop - Greg has just recently joined Meyer-Badenhop Insurance after spending the past two years at the University of Wyoming completing his Masters of Business Administration degree. Before the University of Wyoming, he spent some time working on the company side of the insurance world as an underwriter. Greg and his wife Karlee reside in Napoleon, Ohio and they have two children. In his free time Greg enjoys spending time with his family, coaching and playing basketball, attending sporting events, relaxing at the lake, and golfing.

Joan Schroeder- Joan was the previous owner of Leipsic Insurance Services which merged with the Meyer Badenhop agency in 2008. She has been a licensed insurance agent for over 15 years . Recently Joan has retired, so while you will not see her in the office on a daily basis, you may be lucky enough to catch her in the office helping out occaisionally. In her retirement Joan hopes to spend more time with her husband Denny and enjoying her children and grandchildren.
